Our 4-Step System to Stay Seen and Scale Fast

We learn your goals and design your video session plan. From this virtual discussion, we will then come up with ideas and prompts to help maximize your video session with us.

You record with us at our studio or on-location. The most effective session are in our studio: multiple camera angles, professional mics and lighting, with choice of set to record in. On location works too, but you’re limited to one camera usually and wireless mics. Plus, it does cost more for on location batch sessions.

Once we have recorded everything, this is where the hard work begins (for us). We edit, caption, and brand everything. Turning it around in days or weeks, depending on what style and quantity of videos you recorded.

Now if you opted to post content yourself, we would have sent you everything over Google Drive. But if you are someone who wanted a hands off experience, this where you done-for-you social media management comes into play. We post, manage, and ensure you’re consistently seen, scheduling your content across your social media channels. It’s as done-for-you as possible.

How soon will I receive my videos?

For our 2-hour express session, you will receive your fully edited videos within 2-3 weeks. For our half day session, you can expect your videos in 3-4 weeks or less.

Can you manage our social media too?

Yes! We can schedule your social media, so you never have to worry about posting. Additional fees apply.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, all members of the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce are eligible for discounted services on select packages.

How does a batch session work?

After deciding to work together, we will invoice you 50% of the cost, to hold your recording session date. We then provide you with a link to book your video session with us, choosing a location of your choosing. Most people select their office, or home. Some people want to record in specific locations.

After that, we begin the research phase, learning more about your industry and business. We’ll then develop prompts – essentially topics, with suggested hooks (opening sentences), key points you could cover and suggested CTAs (call to actions). That list of ideas is a starting point only, as we can also record anything you want during the session. It’s your time. Those prompts are provided 24-48 hours before we record.

When it’s recording day, we can then coach you throughout the process. We ask everyone to bring multiple outfits to switch into, changing every 10 videos or so.

After we’re done, we edit, caption and thumbnail the videos and turn them quickly to your to release (unless we’re posting on your behalf).

Why do you book a virtual consultation / strategy call before scheduling a session?

It’s important to us that we connect first to learn more about you and see if we’re a good fit to work together. Chemistry is everything in our business, so we want to ensure we are a good match to work with one another. If we feel that we’re not a good fit, we’re happy to provide alternative options for you. With limited recording options available per month, we’re selective with who we work with, as we want to partner with those who are willing to go all in.
